Top End Rebuild

If you've ever lost a piston while out for a ride, you know that it is a real day-ruiner. If your sled is hard starting, down on power, or vibrating your hands off the bars, you could be due for a new top end. Two-Stroke engines need regular attention to the "top-end" of the motor, and this includes swapping out the pistons and seals to ensure that you don't get stranded in the backcountry. Most high performance snowmobiles have a service interval for this maintenance, and the best way to make sure that you don't have catastrophic engine failure is to replace the top end before anything bad happens. Don't worry though, if you've already lost a piston or two, we can fix that too. We will install brand new pistons and bearings, clean EVERYTHING, measure the tolerances, and inspect/hone (where applicable) the bores so that your snowmobile is in peak running condition.
